Join os for 3 festive and inspiring days in green Copenhagen.

August 24-26, 2018, the green surroundings of Tiøren, right down to Amager Strandpark (ocean), form the frames for Copenhagen VegFest. A whole weekend with 3 big tents with lots of exciting lectures, political debates and inspiring cooking workshops, as well as a tent of live music and about 30 food stalls and 20 stalls selling products, all 100% plant-based. We expect up to 10,000 participants.

The program includes the world famous Australian philosopher and animal rights activist through a lifetime, Peter Singer.

As well as Tobias LeenaertPatrik Baboumian, Vesanto Melina, Maria Felding, Vicki BerlinKira Eggers.

Part of the festival (access to food stables, stands and part of the activities) is free, but if you want access to all the exciting activities of all tents, you have to buy the ticket. A ticket costs 195 Dkr. (+ 8,75 Dkr. in ticket fee) if you buy it before July 9. The ticket give you access to all 3 days. After July 9, the price will be 295 Dkr. Notice that access to lectures with Peter Singer requires a separate ticket.

We are proud to present a world name: The famous Australian philosopher, Peter Singer, author of Animal Liberation and of many considered the father of the animal movement. Peter Singer is one of the most famous living philosophers, and through the time he has been dealing with animal ethics, utilitarianism, poverty, charity and altruism.

Tickets costs 185 Dkr. per ticket (+ 8,75 Dkr. in ticket fee).

As last year we collaborate with Copenhagen Yoga Festival.  As osmething new in 2018 we callaborate with Dyrenes Alliance and Copenhagen Cooking and Food Festival as well.

Transport and parking
Metro line M2 goes “right to the door” – get off at Femøren Station.
Bus 12, 77 and 78 also stop at Femøren Station. Femøren Station is a short walk from Trøren. Plan your trip here.
If you are in car, there are parking spaces on Amager Strandvej, Havkajakvej and Jollevej immediately near Tiøren. However, you must be aware of any signs that can occur and any private parking areas that may require payment for parking.
